Is the Free plan really free? Do I need a credit card?
Yes, Free is free forever no card required. You get up to 50 domains, CSV import, unlimited marketplace listings per domain, and email expiry alerts so you never lose a name by accident. Upgrade only when your portfolio outgrows it.
Which registrars can I connect, and is it safe?
Pro connects directly to 9 registrars via API : GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, NameBright, Porkbun, NameSilo, Cloudflare, Hostinger and Unstoppable. And imports your domains, renewal dates, and costs automatically. Every connection is read-only and your credentials are multi-layer encrypted. More registrars are on the way.
Can I import my existing portfolio?
Absolutely. On any plan you can bulk-import via CSV using ready-made templates for popular registrars and marketplaces. On Pro, one-click registrar sync pulls everything in automatically and keeps it up to date daily no spreadsheets, no manual entry.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want, right from your account. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period, then drop to Free and your data stays intact.
Is my portfolio data private and secure?
Your portfolio is yours alone. Data is isolated per account, registrar credentials are encrypted, and all registrar/marketplace connections are strictly read-only. We never use your data or touch your domains, DomainerGarden only reads, organizes, and reports.
