This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for DomainerGarden.

DomainerGarden is provided by DomainerGarden LLC.

1. Free Plan

DomainerGarden offers a Free Plan that is available without payment and is not a time-limited free trial.

The Free Plan does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Users may continue using the Free Plan while it is available and subject to its applicable limits.

The Free Plan may include limits such as:

• Up to 50 domains
• No API access
• Other feature or usage limits described on the applicable pricing page

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing interval selected at checkout.

Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

The price and billing interval applicable to your subscription are displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the available subscription management tools or by contacting support@new.domainergarden.com.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will prevent future subscription renewals.

Your paid access will generally continue until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not normally result in a refund for unused time in the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

However, we may provide a refund in circumstances including:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Accidental charges
• Technical issues that materially prevent access to the paid Service
• Other exceptional circumstances determined by DomainerGarden

Please include the email address associated with your account and relevant transaction information.

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

If applicable law gives you a right to a refund or cancellation, that right remains available regardless of this Policy.

6. Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan or the Free Plan, your existing portfolio data may exceed the limits of the new plan.

Unless otherwise stated, we will not automatically delete your data solely because you downgrade.

However, you may be prevented from adding new data or using certain features until your account complies with the limits of the selected plan.

7. Account Closure

Cancelling a paid subscription does not necessarily delete your DomainerGarden account.

If you wish to delete your account and request deletion of associated information, you may contact:

Account and data deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

Changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
